Murray shot the building’s office manager, Lora Gahagan, 52, of New London, in the chest, while maintenance employee Kenneth Hawk of Lorain County suffered a head injury. The incident took place shortly before 11 a.m. Friday.On Sunday, New London police said Murray filed multiple requests for maintenance repairs for his apartment, and he was upset over an upcoming site inspection. Murray felt that his needs were not being met, police said.
