CPP spokesperson Shelley Shockley said power has been restored for some customers as of Tuesday morning. In addition to power outages, Cleveland Fire Lt. Mike Norman said the explosion is linked to a house fire in the 4200 block of Fenwick Avenue. Cleveland Fire Lt.
