Josie Gibson , known for her vibrant personality, recently underwent a brachioplasty to address lipoedema, a condition causing abnormal fat build-up in the arms and legs.
Despite the surgery, her positive spirit remains undeterred. She previously underwent liposuction on her calves last September after consulting with four specialists, costing £7,000. Currently in recovery, Josie is embracing alternative therapies, awaiting delivery of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for three months of treatment and a copper meditation pyramid for her garden near Bath. The oxygen chamber aims to boost blood oxygen levels, while the pyramid is believed to enhance energy.
Josie playfully describes her request for the copper pyramid, highlighting her interest in grounding and energy harvesting, and its healing properties. Beyond her health journey, Josie’s connection to her West Country roots is a defining aspect of her life. ' However, Josie emphasizes that her most important role is that of a mother to her son, Reggie, born in 2018. She co-parents with his father, Terry Bond, and manages the challenges of balancing work and motherhood without a nanny, often relying on family and friends.
