MONTGOMERY, Ala. - A classic late May combination of heat, humidity and isolated showers and storms will be with us for the foreseeable future.
Highs today surge into the upper 80s to near 90 degrees with a 20% coverage of afternoon and evening downpours. Tomorrow looks a bit drier with only a tiny chance of a quick shower. As we move into the middle of next week, moisture gradually increases and isolated to scattered afternoon showers, and thunderstorms may develop.
