It also has a sign out front that captures your attention.
“You cannot believe how many people are driving down the road, stop in the middle of Highway 31 to take a picture of it,” said Pat Hatcher, owner of Mosley’s Store. It's a place where you can buy wine and chainsaws all in the same spot, and the owners are celebrating 50 years of running Mosley's Store in Pintlala. Like the sign out front says, hot dogs, wine, chainsaws, and jewelry all in one stop.

“We serve hot dogs, so you can get a light lunch,” said Pat Hatcher. “of course drinks and chips and that type of thing. We have a gift shop in the back. We do automobile mechanic work outside, all the basic stuff: oil changes, tires, batteries.
” This place has some history. The first country store was built here in the late 1800’s. The Hatcher family bought Mosley’s Store 50 years ago. Wayne was just 21 at the time.
He knew it was a gamble.
“Especially since I had a wife and one-year-old daughter, too, so it was... quite a step,” said Wayne. It's a place where you can buy wine and chainsaws all in the same spot, and the owners are celebrating 50 years of running Mosley's Store in Pintlala.
“My husband and I, and my son Joe, my daughter Kelly, my grandson Will, and then the boss of course is my 5-year-old granddaughter, Addie Gaines,” said Pat Hatcher. “They call us for just about everything,” said Wayne. “I still pump gas for all the ladies and stuff out here. We even have a group of ‘em that they’ll call me when they’re on the way.
We’ve tried to keep this a real country store, as they used to be. We still have the little charge accounts for all our customers. ” It's a place where you can buy wine and chainsaws all in the same spot, and the owners are celebrating 50 years of running Mosley's Store in Pintlala.
“Mr. Mosely asked how long I planned to stay? ” said Wayne.
“I told him for ‘the duration, as long as I can make a living. ’ I’m still here. ” On June 6 they plan to celebrate owning the store for 50 years. You’re welcome to join, and we bet, whatever you need that day, you can find it in Mosley’s Store.
