A manager at a watch store in New Jersey has been charged with possession of child sexual assault material after two juvenile employees reported suspicious activity.

A manager at a watch store has been charged with possession of child sexual assault material and other charges after two juvenile store employees reported suspicious activity within the store to police. The charges stem from an incident that took place November 26, at the shop Time After Time, a watch shop at Moorestown Mall, Moorestown Police announced. At about 4 p.m.

on the afternoon of the 26th, a female juvenile employee was in the restroom and noticed a power bank device on the top of the toilet. She indicated to police she had seen it before, but on this occasion, the device displayed a flashing blue light on the top of it. The employee removed the cover of the device and saw what looked to be a camera with an SD card slot. She proceeded to shoot video of herself examining the device, and sent that video to her two coworkers, who stated they had also seen the device in the past. Authorities said the employee walked out of the bathroom and saw the manager, Robert McGuire, walk into the bathroom. The employee saw him leave the bathroom, but immediately go back into the bathroom. He then collected the trash and took it outside. Officials said the employee told police that was a regular activity that usually took about five minutes, but that evening, McGuire was outside for 20 minutes. The employee and a coworker, along with their parents, then went to Moorestown Police headquarters to report the activity. Police executed a search warrant of McGuire’s home on December 17th, at the unit block of Meribrook Circle, in Willingboro, where they found the power bank device and an SD card in McGuire’s bedroom. Officials say a forensic review of the SD card showed the two employees using the bathroom, and their genitals were exposed. McGuire is charged with possession of child sexual material, photo of child engaged in prohibited sexual act and invasion of privacy. He is being held at Burlington County Jail
