Former Gettysburg mayor Chad-Alan Carr was arrested in Texas after authorities tracked him down shortly after a warrant was issued, according to Adams County Sheriff Joshua Fitting.Officials said a warrant was issued Thursday for Carr.
After the warrant was obtained, the sheriff directed the department’s Warrant Apprehension Unit to locate and arrest Carr.
