A plan to replace Lyndon Diner with a Raising Cane’s restaurant will be reviewed by the West Manchester Township Planning Commission next week.

A Raising Cane ’s could replace the Lyndon Diner in York County . Video above: Headlines from WGAL News 8 Today. A land development plan proposing a Raising Cane ’s restaurant with a drive-thru is scheduled to go before the West Manchester Township Planning Commission next week.

According to a public notice from the commission, the proposal calls for demolishing the existing Lyndon Diner on Kenneth Road near Route 30 and redeveloping the property with a 3,432-square-foot Raising Cane’s.The plan also includes outdoor seating, parking and underground stormwater management in the Regional Commercial Zone.The project would be served by public water and public sanitary sewer and would propose six equivalent dwelling units, according to the notice.The West Manchester Township Planning Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14.
