m.: Long after its 2023 Sundance Film Festival premiere, the Lily Gladstone-led Fancy Dance comes to streaming. In Erica Tremblay’s directorial debut, Gladstone plays Jax, who lives with her niece Roki . At the risk of losing custody of her, Jax takes Roki on a road trip to find her missing mother. Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron are trapped in A Family Affair Netflix, Friday, 3:01 a.m.: Nicole Kidman in a frothy rom-com opposite Zac Efron might be the escape we need right now, everyone. In A Family Affair, a widowed Brooke has a tryst with a famous Hollywood actor, Chris , but the catch is her daughter is his assistant. What could go wrong? Joey King, Kathy Bates, Liza Koshy, and Shirley MacLaine co-star. 3. Apple TV+ premieres the coming-of-age series WondLa Apple TV+, Friday, 12:01 a.m.: Based on The Search For WondLa books, this sci-fi animated series boasts a voice cast including Alan Tudyk, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Jeanine Mason, and Gary Anthony Williams. Mason plays Eva, a 16-year-old who lands on a strange planet and teams up with a giant tardigrade to find her way back home. 4. Shudder drops a historical horror film Shudder, Friday, 3:01 a.m.: Set in the 18th century, the German horror film The Devil’s Bath takes Agnes on an odd journey of self-discovery after her newly married life turns into a disturbing nightmare. This thriller unpacks the vicious fight for a vacant presidential seat between two prime ministers, who stop at nothing to attain power as their intensifying rivalry draws media attention.
