CINCINNATI - A Cincinnati woman was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly threw steak knives at her boyfriend, according to court records. India Stephens , 21, was charged with felonious assault after an argument with her boyfriend turned violent in the 2700 block of Queen City Avenue .
