Andreania Pruitt was convicted of a double shooting that killed her boyfriend Devonta Miller and injured a second person.
TOLEDO, Ohio - A woman that shot two people at a Toledo bar in November 2025 was convicted on April 8.She will be sentenced on April 29.
Pruitt fired off multiple shots killing one man and injuring another in the early morning hours of Nov. 1. Officials responded to the scene around 2:40 a.m. and found two people shot at Bottom Line, a bar on Starr Avenue.
Devonta Miller, 35, died a short time after being taken to a hospital. Later that day, the coroner’s office releasedTPD said the second victim, a 39-year-old man, is expected to survive his injuries.
Police say he and Miller were fighting prior to being shot. Detectives also said Pruitt was in a relationship with Miller. Charging documents indicate Pruitt “did fire a gun, multiple times, into a crowd of people” but didn’t elaborate on her motive for doing so.
Police dispatch audio from Broadcastify indicates officers were initially called for a Shot Spotter report of six rounds fired in the parking lot. Officers on scene were not able to clarify if the shooting took place inside or outside of the bar.
