"LRAs are community residential facilities that offer court-ordered treatment for sexually violent predators in a setting less restrictive than the Special Commitment Center on McNeil Island," wrote the DOC. "The program is run by the Department of Social and Health Services , but LRA residents are monitored for compliance of their supervision requirements by DOC."
Blevins, who is six feet tall and weighs 270 pounds, was last seen on Monday near King Street Station in Seattle before he removed his GPS ankle monitor, according to the DOC. Blevins' most recent run-in with the law came when he was recently convicted of second-degree assault in 2017 and civilly committed to the Special Commitment Center in 2023. He also has five felony convictions on his record.
"If you see Blevins, do not approach him," wrote the DOC. "Please call 911 with information or DOC headquarters at 480-2696."
