The city of Fairview Park is cracking down on one neighborhood’s holiday lights.

Seabury Holiday Lights started as neighbors decorating for fun and turned into a tourist destination. Along with the traffic increase came an influx of complaints including public intoxication, urination, vandalism and theft.
