I used to think the only 'nice' athleisure and lounge pieces came from high-end stores and expensive brands, but that was before I found this Amazon brand that has thousands (and thousands) of five-star reviews. The brand released a scuba sweatshirt a few months ago and when I tell you it has the same quality as the expensive ones, I mean it! Everyone thinks it's a name-brand scuba hoodie. This fleece-lined layer is made of a cozy cotton and polyester material that's lightweight enough to workout in, but thick enough to lounge in. It's exceptionally breathable for retaining as much body heat as it does! I never need a tank top underneath — that's how warm it is. The hoodie is ultra-smooth, skin-soft and silky, even for fabric snobs like me. And regardless of how many times I wash it or how long it sits on a shelf, this sweatshirt doesn't wrinkle — like, ever. Designed for exercise and leisure alike, it's perfect for everyday wear! Aside from the material, the style is also worth writing home about. Thick seams, a hip length, two front pockets, ribbed hems and thumb holes for extra cold days are just a few other highlights of this expensive-looking layer. You can tell by the stitching how high-quality it is! There aren't any drawstrings, either, so it looks a bit more upscale than a traditional hoodie (probably because it is!). I love going the athleisure route by wearing this sweatshirt with leggings, white sneakers and a sports bra. It's the ideal gym outfit! You can also wear it over a t-shirt or tank top and jeans if you want to add a sporty touch to your errand-running outfit. There are a few different colors to choose from, all on the neutral side. I opted for black for the utmost versatility, but I'm tempted to grab the espresso and cement gray hues while they're on sale! One reviewer calls it their 'favorite everyday layer' while another says it's the 'perfect stylish hoodie'. 'The cut makes it look way nicer and less dumpy than a regular hoodie for going out for errands, etc.,' they wrote.
