Former owners file countersuit 25 days after they were sued by the investor group behind the popular San Antonio establishment.
The public feud among the players behind Blü Prime Steakhouse is getting even more heated. Vanessa Turney and Juan “ Carlos ” Vargas Rodriguez allege they were ousted as owners amid a “corporate raid” orchestrated by leaders of the San Antonio restaurant’s investor group so they could “line their own pockets.” Turney and Rodriguez, who were sued last month by Blü Ventures LLC, leveled that and other allegations in a countersuit filed this week.
