Short of high tea with HRH Charles III, there may be no more British a thing you can do than attend Salon Privé London . The fancy concours runs over three days April 16-18, with gorgeous cars, lots a Pommery Champagne, and a separate concours—of sorts— for ladies with large hats . The whole event is held on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea , a home for British Army veterans since its founding by Charles II in 1692.
