Police in Berks County say two firefighters were killed in a crash while searching for a missing woman.The Berks County Coroner has identified the firefighters as Fire Chief Jeffory L. Buck and Assistant Fire Chief Robert R.

Shirck Jr., both of Maidencreek Township.Both were members of the Walnuttown Fire Company, according to the coroner.Fleetwood police said the firefighters were driving a UTV, also known as a side-by-side, on the shoulder of Route 222 on Saturday.According to police, that's when a car in the southbound lane swerved and hit the vehicle head-on.Man will be charged According to a WFMZ interview with Berks County District Attorney John Adams, 26-year-old Alexander Sepulveda-Rivera was the driver of the car.Adams said Sepulveda-Rivera will be charged within the next 24 to 48 hours with two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. Sepulveda-Rivera and the passenger of the car left the scene. They were later arrested on Krause Road in Richmond Township.An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is ongoing.
