The singer was sentenced to 12 months probation and one day in jail, which she has already served. Spears has also been ordered to enroll in a three-month alcohol and drug education program.
She was fined $721 and was additionally ordered to see a psychologist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month. The music artist was ordered to not consume alcohol and drugs aside from prescription medication. Last week, Spears pleaded guilty at her arraignment which took place at the Ventura County Superior Court; seen in 2018 in L.A.
Ventura County Superior Court Commissioner Matthew Nemerson also ruled that police could search her vehicle without a warrant if she was pulled over again.
