'I have thoroughly enjoyed living in my home for many years,' Passal remarked, adding that it has also served as his 'design lab, constantly prompting me to refine my design skills. Like myself, my home has undergone numerous transformations. It's time for a fresh start and a bold new direction,' he explained. 'I have a strong connection to the building I reside in, as well as its residents. I have made my mark on it by designing the lobby, roof deck, and several other common areas. I will continue to live and build a new life in a fresh environment within the building,' Passal shared. 'As soon as you step inside, it just feels special. It embodies that quintessential Old New York charm, with its wood-burning fireplace and an abundance of texture, color, and attention to detail,' said listing broker Emily Beare of Core Real Estate. The sun-drenched apartment opens to a foyer adorned with hand-lacquered walls and gallery lighting. This entrance leads to a spacious living room anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace.Next, you'll find a windowed chef's kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and countertops.
