I will continue to live and build a new life in a fresh environment within the building,' Passal shared. 'As soon as you step inside, it just feels special. It embodies that quintessential Old New York charm, with its wood-burning fireplace and an abundance of texture, color, and attention to detail,' said listing broker Emily Beare of Core Real Estate.
