I’ve discovered a network of British men like myself, connected through WhatsApp groups, online forums, and social media, where we exchange advice and recommendations regarding destinations and experiences. My upbringing was relatively conventional. I grew up as the middle child in a happy, stable family, with parents who are still together and two sisters. I am now an uncle to three children.
My teenage years were challenging due to bullying related to my weight, which affected my self-confidence, but I always felt loved and supported at home. I’ve had a few short-term relationships since losing my virginity at 20, but I’m naturally shy and haven’t had much success in forming lasting connections.
