Police responded to calls of a shooting around 12:30 p.m. in front of Armadillo Antiques N More in the North Side and found two people shot
A 'drug deal gone bad' sent two people to the hospital Sunday afternoon with life-threatening head wounds police said are likely gun-related. and lying in the parking lot, police said. The shooting likely originated out of a botched drug deal between three minors and another person, police said.
Man shot several times near Roosevelt Park after making 'advances' toward shooter's girlfriend One minor and the other person were shot, and paramedics took them to a local hospital with life-threatening head wounds. Police were unable to provide any identification information on the person who came to the alleged drug deal alone. 'He was basically incapacitated to the point where we couldn't communicate with him,' Sgt. Patrick Day said.
