Officers and investigators with the Ozark Police Department responded on Tuesday night to a local hospital after receiving a report of the alleged assault. According to OPD, evidence discovered during a lengthy investigation indicated to them that an assault had indeed occurred, with that evidence also leading investigators to the residence of 30-year-old Andrew Rabion.
Search warrants were obtained and executed by law enforcement, and additional evidence was reportedly discovered and seized.
