CINCINNATI - The Ohio Department of Transportation is out with a warning concerning graffiti that is showing up on interstate overpasses and concrete walls.So-called graffiti artists , usually during the dead of night, use highway overpasses and retaining walls as their palette.

Municipalities and the Ohio Department of Transportation say they do their best to keep up with following behind to clean it up.
