There are cute, Cubist egg-salad sandwiches and crabcake sandos made from a mix of real and artificial crab that’s deep-fried . Summer rolls have a variety of fillings including shrimp, tofu, grilled chicken, garden salad and “fancy pork” . The drinks include cold Vietnamese coffee, peach tea, Che Thai — sort of like a green, sweet Vietnamese dessert soup with jelly cubes — and wellness shots of fresh-pressed carrot, orange, ginger and lemon. The hot dishes take about 5 minutes to prepare and can be called in ahead or simply ordered at the counter.
