I hate meal prepping . As a matter of fact, I would argue that the main hurdle for me looking like Ryan Reynolds is due to my love of pizza, burgers, and eating out on a regular basis.
And, if you believe that, then I have a ton of other lies to tell you. Nutré Meals is a company that makessimple. If you are on the East Coast, it actually makes not meal prepping virtually inexcusable. 120 rotating menu options, all made to order and never frozen, there is something for everyone. If you’re not on the East Coast, I want to tell you to move there immediately to take advantage.
