Zacatecas Silver Corp. is advancing its silver projects in Zacatecas, Mexico, with a new drill program designed to expand existing resources and explore high-grade intercepts found outside known boundaries. The program will focus on veined systems at Panuco, El Cristo, and the South, North, and El Rosario veins.

Zacatecas Silver Corp. is thrilled to announce the design of a comprehensive drill program targeting its silver projects in Zacatecas, Mexico . The program aims to build upon previous successful exploration efforts and will seek bids from drilling contractors soon.

The Company's focus is twofold: expanding the existing resource at its Panuco project (details can be found in the news release dated May 30, 2023) and investigating high-grade silver intercepts found outside the current resource boundaries. Extensive drilling and trenching at Panuco have yielded impressive results, including intervals of 1.25 meters at 1,440 grams per tonne silver equivalent and 1.23 meters at 750 grams per tonne silver equivalent. These findings, along with the recently announced updated mineral resource estimate at Panuco (3.41 million tonnes at 187 grams per tonne silver equivalent), highlight the project's significant potential for growth. The exploration program will also focus on other promising vein systems within the Zacatecas Silver Project. El Cristo, an extension of the renowned Veta Grande vein, has shown encouraging signs with 22 out of 28 scout drill holes intersecting silver and base metal mineralization. The South, North, and El Rosario veins, located south of Panuco and north of El Cristo, form another extensive vein system extending over three kilometers, offering numerous drilling targets. Zacatecas Silver CEO and Director, Eric Vanderleeuw, expressed his enthusiasm for the program: 'As we focus on advancing our silver assets, our technical team has designed a program aimed at expanding the current resource while following up on multiple high-grade intercepts drilled outside the known resource area. This is a highly prospective project with significant expansion potential, located in a top-tier silver mining jurisdiction.' The Company also announced the successful closing of its non-brokered private placement financing, raising $1,500,000. The net proceeds will be used to fund exploration activities at both the Esperanza Gold Project and the Zacatecas Silver Project, as well as for general working capital.
