When we are talking about raising the age to purchase an AR-15 to 21, this is the kid we are talking about. If you are a regular kid and want to shoot an AR-15, one of your parents, or your uncle or grandfather, might take you to a range. You might enlist in the Army and get training in its appropriate use. If you were curious about them, you could find a way to legitimately satisfy that curiosity.
It sounds like the people who still want assault rifles are mostly Republicans, so it seems the ones to vote for are Democrats.
