The neo-Western drama series hails from Taylor Sheridan, the Oscar-nominated writer of Hell or High Water and Sicario, and Sons of Anarchy alum John Linson.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Costner stars in Yellowstone as John Dutton, the wealthy and widowed owner of the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, the largest contiguous ranch in all of the United States. The series centers on him and his family as they deal with shifting internal alliances, a variety of unsolved murders, conflicts with national parks and the Broken Rock Indian Reservation and developers eager to build on the land.
While the Yellowstone season 5 teaser trailer may not offer much in the way of what's to come from the next chapter of the series, it's sure to help bolster anticipation for it's return.
