WWE legend Jeff Hardy has been sentenced after his DUI case was closed following a no contest plea.

The 45-year-old star, who currently works for rival promotion All Elite Wrestling , pleaded ‘nolo contendere’ to all charges following his, driving with a suspended, canceled or revoked license, and violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license.

He is on probation for 24 months, and must pay a fine of $4,000 plus $586 in court costs, while his driver license has been suspended for 10 years. Other provisions including court restrictions, needing to attend DUI school or drug rehabilitation programme, and community service.Hardy was pulled over in June last year after being spotted driving erratically and he appeared to be unsteady on his feet as he exited the vehicle, while as he was questioned by officers heHe then looked to stumble through field sobriety tests, and an officer then handcuffed Hardy and told him he was ‘under arrest for the offense of DUI’.
