Charges are pending in Cleveland Heights for a boy who was caught on a security camera masturbating on a woman's patio.

The victim told police he had been knocked to the ground by two males who had Glock-style guns. The suspects, he said, took two cell phones, keys and his wallet. After robbing the man, the suspects told the man to stay quiet and to not move as they began to walk toward Coventry Road. When the suspects were out of sight, the man he got up and walked towards Coventry but, as he turned the corner, the suspects saw him and began walking toward him. With that, he said, walked to the gas station so he could call police.Officers walked the area where the suspects were said to have walked.
