A Mechanicsburg mother is hoping justice can be served after an individual hit her daughter on I-83 , caused her to spin out, then drove away.
Jennifer Godshall-Whitlock told CBS 21 her daughter was luckily uninjured in the crash but that she was shaken up and shocked from the incident:Pennsylvania State Police confirmed the wreck happened Sept. 18 around 8:30 p.m. near the highway's Bass Pro Drive offramp. It is currently being investigated as a hit-and-run crash due to the suspect driving away from the scene.Godshall-Whitlock is pleading for answers, disappointed that someone could cause the damage they did and not give due care to turn around and help those impacted by their actions:
Someone attempted to harm her! Purposely! And they drove off. You know he saw the crash that he caused in his rear view mirror! No arrests have been made in this case at the time of writing, according to PSP. Anyone with information on the identity of the driver or more information on the incident itself is asked to contact PSP Harrisburg.
