A 34-year-old woman on bail for her alleged role in a 2021 murder has asked the Supreme Court to send her back to prison because of the 'daily battle just trying to find suitable accommodation'.

Ms Richards had been on bail while a charge of being an accessory to murder went through the court, but on Friday she asked the Supreme Court in Toowoomba to return her to prison. "It's almost a daily battle just trying to find suitable accommodation for her and she's been forced onto the street, breaching bail," he said.
Justice Susan Brown told the court she understood Ms Richards "hasn't been able to comply with her bail and she's getting herself into deeper and deeper water where she isn't complying".The Crown prosecutor did not oppose the application for bail to be revoked, and the judge agreed."It's suitable in the very difficult circumstances that are faced," she said.
