Don't miss our weekly town hall.A 20-year-old woman was killed in a rollover crash at Upper Falls Boulevard and Hudson Avenue in Rochester Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, according to police. Officers responded just before 9 p.m. to the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Upper Falls Boulevard for the report of a rollover crash.
driving a vehicle with two passengers heading south on Hudson when she ran a red light, and was struck by a driver that had a green light and was making a turn from Hudson onto Upper Falls. The crash caused the 20-year-old's vehicle to spin out of control and roll over, ejecting all three occupants. The driver was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, according to police. Her two passengers were taken to Strong with minor injuries.
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved were taken to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries.
