SAN ANTONIO — A woman was shot and killed Wednesday night in the parking lot of a car wash on the east side of town, police say.responded to the 4200 block of N Foster Rd near Binz Engleman Rd around 7:30 p.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the scene they found the victim, a woman in her late 20s or early 30s, fatally shot in the car wash parking lot.
