REDWOOD CITY – A 33-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of setting a fire that destroyed a car early Wednesday morning in Redwood City, according to authorities.The incident happened around 2 a.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 1107 Second Ave., the Redwood City Police Department said in a news release.
Officers arrived to find the fire and a car engulfed in flames. They also located and detained a woman who matched a description provided by the witness, police said.
