Geneva, N.Y. — A woman is charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident Friday at the Geneva Courtyard Apartments. Evelinda Sapp, 62, of Geneva "recklessly" threw a cup of bleach-like material at a child under the age of 5, causing them to have issues breathing, according to the Geneva Police Department.
Sapp was arrested Friday, arraigned in Ontario County Jail and released without bail, according to police.
