A Harrisburg woman who accused restaurant employees of raping her is now charged with allegedly making false reports to law enforcement.

Priscilla Guzman, 26, told law enforcement and medical personnel that she had been sexually assaulted by multiple people at El Rancho Mexican Restaurant, located at 771 Eisenhower Boulevard, on Feb. 8 into Feb. 9, according to charging documents.As part of the investigation, detectives reviewed surveillance video from inside the business during the time Guzman said she’d been assaulted. “The video evidence does not display the involvement of the accused individuals in any sexual assault as alleged by Guzman,” the Swatara Township Police Department wrote in charging documents. Investigators also collected witness statements from employees who would’ve been present at the time, and those statements did not support Guzman’s accusation, police said.Investigators wrote that when Guzman was later shown the surveillance footage, “Guzman said she did not remember making statements that several people sexually assaulted her, and could not provide any factual support for her earlier allegations against these named individuals.” Police said that based on video footage, witness statements and Guzman’s “inconsistent and unsupported stories,” it’s now alleged that Guzman gave false information to law enforcement, accusing those four people of a sexual assault that police said never happened. Guzman was charged Monday with one misdemeanor count of false report – falsely incriminate another. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 30. The El Rancho location at 771 Eisenhower Boulevard was closed for a short period of time after the allegations were made public on social media. The closure was not a decision made by police,"To those individuals, we wish peace in their hearts, because anyone who acts at the expense of others' pain is in great need of God's love," the restaurants' statement read.The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection accused J&K Salvage of violating its order to close the business, according to a new court filing.Route 322 was closed for part of Sunday morning after a crash that reportedly involved a horse and buggy, according to Lancaster County dispatch.The call came in around 4:46 a.m. at the 1900 block of Stoverstown Road, where flames were found coming from the basement, dispatch confirmed.A 20-year-old’s life was cut too short in a shooting, and now a Harrisburg mother is trying to live through the pain of losing him.
