Johnson is one of the many students going through this year’s Jr. Police Academy. Actually, she’s not a stranger to the program. “I have some rough patches. We see some videos, we see some things from the CSI crime scenes that are a little hard to look at, but it’s gonna better prepare me for the future,” Johnson explained.
The officers being mentors for the students think it’s amazing getting to see how kids that they know for a short amount of time grow.
