A winter storm system is bringing cooler temperatures and rainfall to Southern California. Showers are expected from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning, with the peak of the storm hitting tonight into Wednesday. Daytime highs will range from the low to mid 60s in coastal and valley areas, and the low 50s in the mountains. Gusty winds are also anticipated in the San Bernardino County mountains and low desert.
