Wednesday will be another warm one with an increasing onshore flow and rounds of rain with the heaviest amounts near and along I-75.Wednesday: Increasing wind and rain chances through the day with stronger gusts and higher rainfall totals closer to I-75 and the Gulf Coast. Above-normal temperatures continue with widespread rain chances of 50-80 percent. Morning lows in the upper 60s and 70s. Afternoon highs in the 80s. Wind SE 10-20 mph with stronger gusts. Rain from Rafael: 0.50 - 1.0 inch Highway 301 to the beaches. 1.0 - 2.0 inches Highway 301 to the Gulf Coast with some areas receiving up to 4 inches. Wind: Breezy conditions are expected across the area with wind gusts less than Tropical Storm force . Average wind gusts 20-30 mph. Coastal Flood Advisories through early Wednesday morning. These are likely to be extended due to the increasing onshore wind and the flooding that continues along the St. Johns River.
