The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition. There is no word yet on any suspects or motives at this time. "I immediately hit the ground and that's when I felt like I heard the noise, it sounded like a bullet came through," recalled Salome Thomas El, the school principal.A stray bullet from the shooting came through his office window at the charter school.
