And boy, let me tell you… this is ground I never imagined myself standing on — but when He opened the door, I ran through it and I can’t wait to see where this journey leads 🤍.”In March 2026, Hannah Harper addressed an online rumor that she was leaving American Idol after allegedly signing a record deal with Dolly Parton's record label, Butterfly Records. “This @americanidol TOP 20 did NOT sign a contract and leave the competition😂,” Harper wrote via Instagram at the time. “The amount of AI and false information floating around right now is honestly mind-blowing!
