What we know so far about Salvador Ramos, the suspected Texas school shooter
At least 19 children and two teachers were killed when the alleged gunman, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, opened fire Tuesday at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, a small, working-class town near the Mexico border.
An account on Instagram, possibly owned by the suspect, shared a photo of two rifles lying side by side to its Stories. The account tagged another user in the photo.
