Pittsburgh Steelers OC Arthur Smith has revealed his offense throughout training camp, and we have learned plenty about it.

The basic tenants of Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and his offense have played over the lastHowever, throughout Steelers training camp, he has started to put twists on it and showcase just what his offense is all about.
“The pistol, you see it trending and it was big in college football—more teams are running it, we started really getting more into it in ‘22, depending on the personnel we have with Marcus ,”“Marcus was such a good zone read – I mean he was a Heisman winner at Oregon, and it’s a little bit different sometimes with run tracks and you’re under center, but I thought we got good at it and it just keeps the defense honest when you don’t have tendencies.
Smith runs all types of screens to the opposite side and same-side screens, and he has wrinkles with motion that get the running back free and with blockers in front of him. They even run screens off play action and can fake that screen to hit an actual route concept in the play. All of that exists within the confines of the Smith offense. So, expect to see Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris catching a lot of screens.Well, Smith wants to use, and use it very often.
