Hawkins called Outten a “freak of nature” at the wide receiver spot, among plenty of other praise-filled cliches. IC Norcom listed Outten at 6-1.5 and 210 pounds, but even at that weight, Hawkins has clocked his star player with a 4.4-second 40-yard dash. He has strong hands and “elite” level acceleration in and out of routes, and a quick watch of his junior season film on Hudl shows his playmaking ability.
