Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin plays against Purdue during an NCAA college football game Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio.COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The writing may already be on the wall regarding who’s up next to take on the title ofhas been turning heads ever since he got to OSU in January as the top-rated quarterback in the 2024 recruiting class.
Kienholz has played before as well, but 40 of his 60 career snaps came in a 14-3 loss in the 2023 Cotton Bowl to Missouri because the Buckeyes had no other options after Brown was injured.
