preps the release of its forthcoming16th studio album, opens in Sacramento on Sept. 8, travels across the country and back before closing out with a trio of shows in San Diego on Oct. 21, Las Vegas on Oct. 23, and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Oct. 24. To celebrate the tour announcement, the band is hosting a run of special events around Los Angeles from Thursday, March 26, through Tuesday, March 31, when tickets go on sale.: The Gathering – Initiation Week begins on Thursday, March 26, with The Trial of Knowledge, a trivia night at Barney’s Beanery in West Hollywood. It’s followed on Friday, March 27 by the Sunset Ceremony – not sure what that is! – and The Pinball Gauntlet, a pinball tournament, on Saturday, March 28.
