Picture: NCA NewsWire / David Crosling Mr Pesutto said that where he differed from the premier was that he would give Victoria Police the “power they need to deal with problems on the ground”, including powers to ban people wearing masks at protests.
The opposition leader said the state Labor government had weakened Victoria’s justice system through changes like removing the offence of committing an indictable while on bail.
