We sampled the full range of Boots Christmas sandwiches 😍
With Christmas comes a variety of different festive sandwiches bound to get you in the Christmas spirit - in fact, there's so many different varieties we've pretty much lost count. Whether you're a classic turkey and stuffing fan or prefer something a little more cheesy like brie and cranberry - the options are endless.
I'd definitely say this was my second favourite out of the festive trio, but it still didn't blow me away. The ham could've had a bit more flavour and the coleslaw was a little bit soggy.Even though I'm a big festive sandwich fan, I wasn't convinced with this one at all. The white bread was weirdly sour and quite dry to taste.
Inside, the sandwich looked pretty tasty too, with fairly thick slices of turkey, a deep red coloured cranberry sauce and some spinach adding a touch of festive green. The granary bread had a nice malty flavour and despite this being a 'healthier' choice sandwich, I thought it had plenty of flavour. The only thing I will say is it was slightly on the dry side, but the flavours were still very festive and fabulous. The sausages had a bit of a premium taste to them which I was surprised about, but the bacon was slightly fatty.
