Their main complaint is a broken elevator. The only safe way in and out of their second and third floor apartments. They 19 Troubleshooter it’s been out of order since July 1st. Clenophus Bowens is one of those tenants. He’s been hounding maintenance to get the problem fixed - but feels like he is getting the runaround.“Do you feel like a pest in your own home?” 19′s Noelle Williams asked.Jaenette Davis feels the same. She also spoke to maintenance - but to no avail.
